Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Betwiga platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Definitions & Interpretation

| AML | Anti-Money Laundering policies and regulatory framework |
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To use the Platform you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
- Not be a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction (see Schedule A)
- Not be subject to any self-exclusion, court order, or regulatory prohibition from gambling
- Be of sound mind and acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person
- Not be a Betwiga employee, director, officer, or immediate family member thereof
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country
2.2 Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities conducted under your account
- Immediately notifying Betwiga of any unauthorised access via [email protected]
- Maintaining only one (1) account across all Betwiga platforms
2.3 KYC Verification

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment
3.1 Deposits
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted methods include:
- Bank transfers (SWIFT, SEPA, local bank transfers)
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, and regional providers)
- Approved e-wallets and cryptocurrency (where licensed and permitted)
3.2 Withdrawals
- Full KYC verification completion required
- Minimum withdrawal of $10 (or local currency equivalent)
- Withdrawal to the same method used for deposits (where technically possible)
- AML review for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds
- Processing time of 1–5 business days
3.3 Currency & Conversion
The Platform supports multiple currencies. Betwiga uses market exchange rates with a conversion spread not exceeding 3%. Fees are displayed transparently at the time of transaction.
3.4 Dormant Accounts
An account inactive for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. A dormancy fee of $5/month applies after notification. After 36 months, remaining balances may be transferred to the relevant unclaimed funds authority.
4. Betting Rules & Conduct
4.1 General Betting Rules
- All bets are accepted at the absolute discretion of Betwiga
- Bets are final upon confirmation; errors must be reported immediately
- Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed
- Betwiga reserves the right to void bets on events affected by match-fixing or technical errors
- Maximum and minimum stake limits apply and are displayed on each market
- Betwiga may limit or restrict betting markets for any user at its sole discretion
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
- Arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or exploiting system errors
- Use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to place bets
- Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of corruption
- Money laundering or using the Platform for illegal financial activity
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or exploit promotions
- Providing false information during registration or verification
- Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction via VPNs or proxies
4.3 Integrity & Investigations
Betwiga cooperates with sports integrity bodies (INTERPOL, IRIS, IBIA) and may void and withhold winnings from bets under active integrity investigation without prior notice.
5. Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty
5.1 Promotional Terms
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
- Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold
- Betwiga reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time
- Suspected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings
- Only one promotional offer per household, device, or IP address unless stated otherwise
5.2 Loyalty Programme
Betwiga may operate a loyalty or VIP programme. Points accumulation and redemption are subject to the programme's specific terms. Betwiga reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty programme with 30 days' notice.
6. Responsible Gambling

- Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for all users
- Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk users and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs)
- Ongoing transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting (SAR)
- Sanction screening against OFAC, UN, EU, and national sanctions lists
- Annual AML risk assessments and staff training
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is the exclusive intellectual property of Betwiga or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal betting purposes only. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from Platform software
- Use Betwiga trademarks or branding without prior written authorisation
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data using automated tools
9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
9.1 Service Availability
Betwiga provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
Betwiga's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) $500. Betwiga shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
9.3 Disclaimer of Warranties
Betting involves financial risk and Betwiga does not guarantee winnings. Past odds performance is not indicative of future results.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Internal Resolution
All disputes must first be submitted to [email protected] with full details. We aim to resolve within 10 business days (up to 28 days for complex disputes).
10.2 Escalation to Regulatory Body
If unsatisfied, you may escalate to the relevant gaming regulatory authority in your jurisdiction. Betwiga will cooperate fully with all regulatory investigations.
10.3 Arbitration
Disputes not resolved through the above processes shall be referred to binding arbitration. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.
10.4 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the primary licensing jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
Betwiga may immediately suspend or terminate your account if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms
- We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or AML-related activity
- Required by a regulator, court order, or law enforcement authority
- You are found to be underage or ineligible
- Continued operation poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Qualifying balances will be returned within 30 business days after completion of all pending AML checks.
12. Changes to These Terms
Betwiga reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email and in-platform notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Betwiga complies with all applicable gaming, financial services, data protection, and AML regulations in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
14. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Betwiga.
- Severability — If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver — Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of such right.
- Language — In the event of conflict between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
- Force Majeure — Betwiga shall not be liable for failure due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
Schedule A – Restricted Jurisdictions
Betwiga does not accept registrations from users resident in or accessing the Platform from:
- United States of America (and its territories)
- United Kingdom (unless specifically licensed under UKGC)
- France and French territories (unless specifically licensed under ANJ)
- Netherlands (unless specifically licensed under KSA)
- Australia
- Singapore
- North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Cuba (OFAC-sanctioned states)
This list is subject to change. It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before participating.
